Job description – Project Engineer


Job Summary

 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for company projects 
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications 
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers 
  • Ensure all works meet company quality standards and UK regulations 
  • Monitor project progress and support timely, cost-effective delivery 
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation 
  • Resolve technical issues during construction 
  • Manage materials and site resources efficiently 
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites 
  • Support project completion and client handover

Qualifications

  • MSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or property development
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience 

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
