1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
The Company offers real estate development and construction services, including but not limited to residential and commercial projects, design and architectural services, and project management.
3. Quotations and Contracts
All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only upon the Company’s written acceptance of the client’s order.
4. Payments
Payments for services shall be made according to the terms specified in the contract. Failure to pay in accordance with these terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Project Changes
Any changes to the project scope, design, or materials must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility.
6. Timelines
The Company will endeavor to meet all agreed-upon timelines for project completion. However, delays caused by factors beyond the Company’s control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues) may occur, and the Company shall not be held liable for such delays.
7. Warranties
The Company provides a warranty for its construction services as specified in the contract. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Exclusions and limitations may apply as detailed in the warranty document.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and other intellectual property created by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the specified project.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and trade secrets disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the contract and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. The Company reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason with reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company’s principal office is located.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
